capabilities (DSL cable available). NEW…. Awaken from a
restful night’s sleep as you refresh in the “first on
the mountain” outdoor shower (seasonal only), completely
secluded for your privacy with hot & cold running water
and a spectacular view of Leatherwood Mountains which

Seasons. They do not include taxes, reservation fee or
refundable security deposit.
Holidays require a 3 minimum stay and Merlefest
requires a 4 night minimum stay. Sorry, none of our
homes allow smoking. 50% of rental due upon reservation,
balance due 30 days prior to arrival, balance is
refundable, deposit is not refundable, linens and paper
products provided.
