You can save 10% off these rates by booking for a 3 or

Certain holiday weekends require a minimum 3 nights stay
and Merlefest weekend requires a minimum 4 nights stay.
Sorry, none of our homes allow smoking. 50% of
rental due upon reservation, balance due 30 days prior
to arrival, balance is refundable, deposit is not
refundable, linens and paper products provided.
